Meet the Founder

Kera Johnson

I started Servio after spending years working across restaurants, bars and large-scale events, both on the venue floor and behind the scenes managing operations.

Throughout my career, I saw the same challenge come up time and time again: venues struggling to find reliable, experienced staff when they needed them most. At the same time, I knew what it felt like to be on the other side — wanting the flexibility to pick up extra shifts, earn additional income and work with great venues, without feeling like just another number in a recruitment database.

That's why I created Servio.

My goal is simple: connect great hospitality people with great hospitality businesses. Whether you're a venue looking for dependable staff, someone new to Sydney looking to get your foot in the door, or a hospitality professional wanting the flexibility to work when it suits you, Servio is built to make those connections easier.

More recently, I expanded into hospitality consulting in Lombok. After spending time in the region, I saw incredible potential within its growing hospitality industry, but also opportunities to improve operations, service standards and guest experience. Through consulting, I work with venue owners to help create businesses that stand out for the right reasons.
